The following requirements apply to all applicants unless otherwise specified:
- Age: You must be at least 16 years old to apply. If you turn 16 within the next month, you are also eligible to apply.
- English Proficiency: You must be able to communicate effectively in English. English doesn't have to be your native language, but you should be comfortable holding clear conversations and expressing yourself confidently.
- Maturity and Responsibility: Patience, maturity, and a strong sense of responsibility are essential when interacting with players, handling difficult situations, and working as part of a team.
- Community Activity: You must be an active player and be willing to dedicate time regularly to helping the community.
- Communication Skills: You must be able to communicate clearly and respectfully with players and other team members.
- Map Creation and Evaluation: You must have the skills and knowledge required to create maps and evaluate them according to their respective categories.
A Note for International Applicants
Although these applications are written in English, you don't have to be part of the English-speaking community to apply!
If you're part of another language community, you're more than welcome to apply. Simply complete the application in English and mention which community you're from. We'd love to have team members who can help us welcome and support players from different communities!
